Job Description
Actalent is hiring for Project Architects to support a variety of retail and hospitality projects. This person will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop design and technical solutions under the general direction of the Project Director.
+ Produce high-quality construction documents with guidance from project staff.
+ Assist with data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessments.
+ Perform building and zoning code compliance reviews.
+ Support construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, addenda, and site visits, under the supervision of the Project Architect or Project Manager.
+ Maintain organized and accurate project files throughout all project phases.
+ Identify, document, and help resolve construction-related issues.
+ Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
