- Licensed Architect (PRC Registered)
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines, BP 344, Fire Code, and related standards
- Familiar with government design standards and green building principles
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in the Negros Island Region and travel as required

- Prepare, review, and evaluate architectural plans, designs, and layouts
