ARCHITECT (WITH LICENSE)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (PRC)
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Knowledgeable in the National Building Code and local zoning regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Resident of Antipolo City
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings
- Sign and seal architectural plans and official documents
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Supervise construction to ensure proper implementation of the design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and documentation
