Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring progress of assigned project.
- Able to do test fit.
- Able to prepare and compute area tabulation.
- Attends design and construction meetings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders - Design Management/PD/Rcii Engineering.
- May require to conduct periodic site visits.
Qualifications
- PRC Licensed.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from reputable school.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design firm (excluding apprenticeship), preferably designing/handling horizontal housing development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
