Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit based on project requirements and design inputs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design coordination and clash-free models.
- Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
- Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.
- Support project teams with visualization, 3D presentations, and model-based deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control of models.
