- Responsible for construction management of new stores (*There are 8 stores in Thailand and 5 to 10 new stores open yearly)
- Maintenance/troubleshooting of existing stores. - Plan, review and revise interior design guidance based on Japanese HQ. - Project management of construction to complete as scheduled(manage quality, process etc.)
- Manage tender
- Order construction to developers
- Coordinate with developers, government, designers, general contractors and subcontractors
- Report to Japanese HQ
- Troubleshoot ongoing problems
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of working experience as construction management in construction
- Conversational high level of English (For communication with HQ)
- Can go on a domestic business trip
