Our client is a reputable construction and engineering company specializing in large-scale building and interior fit-out projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are looking for an Architectural Coordinator to join their operations team. They are located in the (Central) – easily accessible.
Responsibilities- Coordinate architectural works on-site and monitor project progress according to schedule and specifications
- Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and site coordination matters
- Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation
- Support quantity take-off for architectural works and assist in project cost verification
