Job Description
Coordinate architectural works for a data center project, ensuring design accuracy, discipline coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve issues
- Monitor site progress and conduct inspections
- Manage RFIs, design changes, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience (data center/industrial projects preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM (Revit/Navisworks) is a plus
- Good knowledge of Malaysian regulations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
