Architectural Coordinator - Job Scope
1. Project Coordination & Technical Support
Assist the Project Manager and Architect in all architectural matters on site.
Study architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details ensure correct interpretation by the site team.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Highlight discrepancies between architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
2. Drawing & Documentation Management
Prepare and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
Review subcontractors' drawings for compliance with design intent and project specifications.
Ensure timely submission and approval of architectural documents.
