Job Description
- A Degree in Architectural from local or overseas universities or Diploma in Architectural from local or overseas polytechnics.
- At least ten (10) years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
- Report to Technical Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating architectural works and interior decorations to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
- Coordinate design and/or detailing with consultants, develop shopdrawings, review of submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines.
- Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Type of contract : Permanent
- Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
