Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Architectural Drawings: Coordinating and reviewing all architectural drawings, including design drawings and shop drawings. Ensure they are consistent, accurate and comply with the design intent, contract & authority compliances. Responsible for timely scheduling and issuance of design drawings and shop drawings align with project schedule and construction activities.
- Liaison with Consultants and Subcontractors: Working closely with architectural consultants/structural/M&E engineers and various subcontractors to resolve architectural and technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
- Statutory Approvals: Assisting in the preparation and submission of architectural drawings/documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals such as Corenet X Gateways, Building Plan (BP), Works Permit (WP), Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
