Job Description
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external vendors, partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitor overall project health to achieve success.
- Support design teams by gathering requirements, reviewing options, and coordinating presentations, specifications, drawings, and FF&E packages.
- Handle sales inquiries, customer queries, and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Design, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of project coordination experience in Condo, and Landed projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
