Job Description
The Architectural Draftsman is responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation in compliance with UAE authority requirements and project specifications.
The role supports the Design team in delivering technical drawing packages for villa and building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
- Produce shop drawings and as‑built drawings in coordination with site teams and consultants.
- Interpret design intent from concept drawings and translate it into construction‑ready documentation.
- Coordinate with BIM modelers to ensure drawing consistency and alignment with 3D models.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees).
