About the job Architectural Executive/Senior Architectural Executive
- Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters;
- Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
- Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
- Directing the Technical Officer on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations
- Assist the Associate in all coordination works, provide leadership and co-ordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives
Requirements
- Registrable Degree with Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience forArchitectural Executive and 5 years relevant experience for SeniorArchitectural Executive
