Job Description
• At least 5 years of experience as Architectural foreman; advantage if in Residential Projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to fast-phase environment.
• Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines/ Accomplishments.
• Ability to understand drawings and blueprints.
• Wide range understanding to construction industry that will observe work requirements such as but not limited to:
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers / architects and other officials.
