Role Summary
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Manager to lead the architectural delivery of a landmark 30-storey government institutional project. You will be the key lead for the Works, ensuring that all architectural and interior design elements are executed with precision, meeting stringent government regulations and high‑complexity office/institutional specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Coordination: Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to manage all technical requirements and interface details.
- Trade Management: Plan schedules and coordinate architectural trade work, finishes, and the interfacing of structural and M&E details.
- Modeling & Design: Ensure all works align with the Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
