Job Description
We are hiring: Architectural Technical Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Review designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure architectural packages comply with UAE authority requirements, local building codes, project specifications, employer requirements, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate with relevant project teams and stakeholders to ensure proper technical integration and avoid design or execution conflicts.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and draftsmen in preparing and reviewing architectural and engineering deliverables.
- Review prequalification documents, material submittals, samples, supplier certifications, testing requirements, and other technical submissions against project requirements.
