About the Role Are you a master of architectural documentation with a keen eye for organization and precision? We are seeking an Architectural Technical Specialist to oversee and elevate our architectural and engineering drawing management system. In this dynamic role, you will be the gatekeeper of our digital and physical document libraries, ensuring seamless coordination between project managers, outside architects, and internal studio teams.
From maintaining CAD standards to updating lot maps and supporting small-scale in-house design projects, your work will directly impact the physical footprint of our iconic Culver City portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Background: Solid foundation in architecture and/or engineering with a solid understanding of construction documentation and building codes.
- Technical Expertise: Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Comfort with scanning, digital archiving, ...
