Job Description
W e are seeking an Architectural Technician to join the Measurement and Data Capture Team in our Preston Office. This is a key technical role focused on delivering high quality measured surveys, 3D scanning outputs and architectural drawing packages across a wide range of sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to produce accurate existing‑condition models, proposed layouts, and detailed Building Regulations drawings. They will also contribute to the continued development of our measurement and digital capture capabilities.
This role will suit either:
- An experienced Architectural Technician looking to broaden their technical and sector exposure, or
- A developing technician with strong CAD skills ready to take the next step in their career
