Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D/2D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit. Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure models are accurate, align with project requirements, and help identify/resolve design conflicts. Utilize BIM for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and support facility management throughout the building lifecycle. Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models, including integration with AI plug-ins, and stay updated on BIM technology advancements.
