Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the credit underwriting function for the assigned area across multiple branches. Evaluate and approve credit proposals within delegated authority as per the company's credit policy. Ensure quality assessment of loan applications through detailed financial, business, and risk analysis. Conduct customer visits and field investigations for high-value and critical loan cases. Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and early warning signals to minimize credit losses. Ensure adherence to credit underwriting standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal risk management policies. Provide guidance and support to Branch Credit Managers and Credit Officers for effective credit decision-making.
