Schedule: Monday – Friday | Flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM as needed

Job Summary
Client is seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple managed service locations in Jacksonville, FL. This role provides onsite support for mail, print, scan, and printer services within university, corporate, legal, and healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, production print experience, technical troubleshooting ability, and the flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily managed service operations at multiple customer sites
