Job Summary
:The Area ESH Supervisor helps develop and execute the project Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program across a specific area of a project. This involves administrative and field tasks per established industry practices, procedures, and regulatory and Bechtel requirements. The position requires practical application of occupational safety and related disciplines for managing environmental, safety and health aspects of a project or facility. The position reports to the Field Safety Manager and coordinates with the Area Construction Manager.
Work requires physical ability for field inspections, including walking on construction sites in extreme heat or humidity, climbing ladders and scaffolding, working at heights or on uneven surfaces, and entering confined spaces. Must be able to wear assigned PPE (e.g., harness, life vest, gloves, etc.). #LI-AM3
