Growth and Profitability
- Assume overall responsibility for growth and profitability of Crop Insurance in the designated area, keeping and expanding contact with clients.
- Provide technical support and assessments, delivering high‑quality service to the client base.
- Identify new potential clients/intermediaries and monitor competitors, gathering market intelligence.
- Share analysis, compile and manage intermediary prospect lists to support broker business.
- Prepare and deliver direct and intermediary quotes.
- Facilitate opportunities for participation in industry forums and events.
- Assist the regional manager on the regional level.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding term changes.
- Grow the portfolio through direct sales and intermediaries.
