At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across three of our brands.


This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence performance at scale, shape team capability, and deliver a consistent, standout customer experience across your region. You will partner closely with your Store Managers to drive results, elevate standards, and build high-performing teams.


You'll be hands-on, visible in stores, and deeply connected to your people and your results.


The day-to-day

  • Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes

  • Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across locations
