About the Role
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will manage a team of Brand Activators across Bunnings and Independent Hardware outlets. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in-store.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Brand Activators in your territoryDrive sales performance across multiple client product rangesMaximise product ranging and visibility within all accountsEnsure high merchandising standards and inventory accuracyDeliver training and support to your team on new products and systemsExecute planograms, relays, refits and new store setupsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Bunnings and client partnersAttend regular client meetings and provide insights from the field
