    As Area Manager, you will lead and drive operational excellence across a portfolio of education sites in Mt Maunganui. This role focuses on implementing sector strategy, delivering high-quality and compliant services, fostering a strong safety-first culture, and developing high-performing teams — all while exceeding client and customer expectations. This role will be operationally 'hands on' at times.
