We are on the lookout for a brand new Area Manager to be the heart of our student community in Trust House/Northernhay House/The Northfield, Exeter .
This is a full‑time permanent on‑site position, working 40 per week on a fixed shift pattern basis. Shifts are typically scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9am‑5.30pm with a 30‑minute paid lunch break included for shifts over six hours. The role offers a salary of £45,000.00 reflective of experience and responsibilities.
