Our client is one of the leading and sizable retail firm selling luxury items, with around 80 stores in Hong Kong and over 500 POS in Greater China.
Manage all round retail and sales operation for assigned district, including but not limited to frontline staff management, execution of sales and marketing activities, store operation and administration, customer services Work closely with respective department with the objective to maximize the sales and operation performance, such as VM, marketing and promotion, merchandising planning, facilities management, branding, etc. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ activities, and hence to recommend strategies and plans to react the market response with the objective to gain and maximize the overall sales performance Drive the team to maximize the sales performance to achieve sales target as well as execute various sales and marketing initiatives towards the b...
