Job Description
The Area Manager will be heavily involved in formulating strategies and their implementation in assigned territories. The role focuses on leading distributor sales teams and managing a network of dealers to secure market leadership and acquire quality subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Strategy planning and execution – improve distributor efficiency and dealer development.
- Expansion of distribution points and maintenance of a healthy trade buffer stock.
- Dealer development and training – product knowledge, selling skills, and IT system proficiency.
- Formulate effective and efficient sales campaigns.
- Compliance with trade visitation cycle.
- Timely submission of management reports.
- Network expansion planning and prioritization.
