Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers to drive sales performance, maintain brand standards, and deliver strong in-store customer experiences. Ensure consistency in store operations, customer service, and visual merchandising in alignment with HOOGA’s brand identity. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training, Warehouse, etc.) to execute retail strategies and campaigns effectively. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with HR on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies to build a strong retail team.
