About the Role:
Lead multiple retail outlets along the coast, driving sales and ensuring brand consistency. Your leadership will enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple stores.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Train and develop store managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between store locations.
