Reports to: Regional GM Function: Sales Manager (per jobsbank) Core Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development Planning: . Define and execute the brand's sales strategy within the region. . Assist the General Manager in managing the P&L, setting sales targets, defining growth priorities, and developing resource plans. . Develop and implement the brand's development plan, encompassing promotions, in-store execution, and other relevant initiatives. . Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and address potential issues. . Analyze brand performance to identify areas for improvement and growth. . Collaborate with the marketing team on brand marketing campaigns, visual design, and other related activities. Customer Management (Sell-In): .
