Area Nurse - CCRCs

The CCRC Area Nurse provides clinical leadership, oversight, and operational support to multiple Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Should ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, conduct quality audits, train staff, and optimize resident care. Proxy caregiver training; administering skills competency checklists to resident care aides upon hire; quarterly observations of medication aides to verify competency with medication administration; and annual competency reviews for resident care aides. May be required to supervise other staff members. This position reports to the Divisional Director of Health and Wellness.
