Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Operations Supervisor to oversee all store operations within the assigned region/area.
What You’ll Do
- Manage operations and sales functions of branches within the assigned region/area, providing leadership to achieve sales targets, profitability, and growth.
- Reconcile daily activities and generate sales reports, stock on hand, and itinerary; submit reports to the Regional Sales Head, Assistant Store Operations Manager, and Operations Manager as applicable.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Head regarding sales and operational concerns.
- Communicate company plans to the team to ensure alignment and understanding of business performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and control customer service activities to enhance customer relationships and meet organizational goals.
