Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in distributor sales management (LMT 75% and Distributor 25%) in Beverage
Has driving license
**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
+ Achieve customer sales plan for assigned accounts
+ Track daily sales performance vs. targets, including sell-in and sell-out
+ Conduct regular store visits according to route plans
+ Ensure effective in‑field execution and resolve operational issues
+ Monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and stock aging at store level
+ Work closely with distributors and merchandisers to ensure standard execution
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ Minimum 3 years of direct experience in local distributor management or direct accounts
