Area Sales Manager responsible for driving Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) business in Bareilly through Open Market sourcing and DSA/Channel Partner network. The role involves team handling, target achievement, portfolio quality management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Mortgage business (LAP / Home Loan) through Open Market and DSA channels
Develop and manage DSA/Connector/Builder network
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
Monitor sales funnel from Login to Disbursement
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
