We are currently working with a leading company in the industrial sector (paper, packaging, label) based in Milán, which is looking to recruit someone for the role of Area Sales Manager for Italy.
Main responsabilities:
Visit customers frequently. Customer travel is al least 50% of your time
Build long term relations with customers: grow your business through trust, service and technical knowledge
Provide the sales & product team with the field intel (customers, competitors, brand owner, etc)
Do the necessary admin: visit reports, opportunity pipeline continuous feeding with info on progress
Winning a larger share of wallet from existing customers by selling value (not just lowering price)
