- Win new customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Grow asset rental across contract hire, term rental, transient rental, and finance solutions.
- Build a strong, sustainable pipeline that supports revenue and utilisation targets.
- Work collaboratively with Contract Hire Managers and branch leadership.
- Represent Dawsongroup locally at customer meetings and industry events.
