Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor sales programs and marketing strategies in the assigned area.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits and strengthen dealer and farmer relationships.
- Organize and assist in product demonstrations, field days, and promotional activities.
- Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure excellent after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or any related course.
- Preferably with experience in agricultural sales or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive 2‑wheel or 4‑wheel vehicles.
