We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead day-to-day sales operations, support the team, and help drive revenue growth in our Panabo-based market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor customer accounts, order fulfillment, and payment collections
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales operations or supervisory role, preferably in the coconut, food, or FMCG industry
