Job Description
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Solar Sales Executives
- Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations
- Ensure proper lead management, site visit scheduling, and proposal submission timelines
- Provide technical-sales guidance in coordination with the Engineering/Operations Team
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor individual and team quotas
- Implement corrective action plans for underperforming accounts
3. Client & Account Management
- Oversee key residential and commercial accounts
- Support negotiations and closing of high-value solar projects
- Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to project turnover
