Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections across assigned locations.
- Travel between sites using a company vehicle to ensure full area coverage.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate employees at multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff deployment.
- Address employee concerns, operational issues, and customer complaints on‑site.
- Prepare and submit inspection, incident, and performance reports.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new field employees.
- Coordinate with management to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper handling and accountability of company equipment and documents.
