Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise sales team within the assigned area to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
- Visit hardware stores, contractors, builders and distributors to strengthen business relationships.
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong teamwork across departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in construction, hardware or building materials.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
