- Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks, managing cleaning logistics, and supervising cleaning crews at various sites.
- Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties effectively to team members.
- Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements.
- Review work orders to ensure that all assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients, if any.
- Assist to move equipment and products.
