McDonald’s Area Supervisor
We are a family owned McDonald’s franchise looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Multiple Restaurant Area Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
+ Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants
+ Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
+ Ability to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
+ Great decision-making skills
+ Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and build relationships with their peers and crew
+ Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team
+ Actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve the operations of the restaurant
