Job Description
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting overall store performance by assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment aligned with brand standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote and sell merchandise to meet individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
- Assist in supporting daily store operations to maintain efficiency and service standards
- Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving, monitoring, and quality-checking merchandise
Requirements
Graduate of any four-year degree (Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred)
- 2-3 years of proven experience in retail operations management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and people management skills, with knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
