As an Analyst on a 12‑month assignment, you will support day‑to‑day Ariba functions for sourcing and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) activities. Your engagement with Procurement, AP, and other teams will be crucial in diagnosing system issues and optimizing workflows for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and categorize requests in the shared support mailbox
- Provide in‑event support for sourcing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access and profile issues
- Guide users through Source‑to‑Pay procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams on resolution strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba support
