Natural Habitat Adventures is currently seeking a driven, passionate, competent, organized, and fun individual to join our Winnipeg team in support of our Polar Bear Quest & Helicopter Safari, Canada’s Premier Polar Bear Adventure, Ultimate Churchill: Tundra Lodge & Town, and Tundra Lodge Adventure programs.
The Arrivals Specialist is responsible for delivering a warm and seamless welcome to our guests at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. This role centers on exceptional guest service, clear and positive communication, and the ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real time. A strong understanding of our programs and our travelers is essential to anticipate needs and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
