Overview
This exciting and innovative position will provide mental health support to Ashford Primary Care Network (PCN) in Kent.
We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner – Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists – to work in Ashford PCN as part of the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
The role involves 2 x 22.5 hours per week and will mainly be carried out as a member of the integrated GP surgery teams. You will embed within the PCN multi‑disciplinary team, liaise with the community mental health MDT, and help bridge primary and secondary mental health care by delivering high‑quality services in primary care settings.
